If it uses the GNU userland, it still wouldn't be fit for a GNU/ name in the eyes of the FSF. Saying "GNU/Linux" means you're talking about a GNU system running on the Linux kernel. By that logic, this could be called Chrome/Linux. GNU doesn't figure into it significantly.
